Does this sound familiar?

Cancer, ongoing illness, or pain condition has left you anxious and struggling to cope.

Your usual coping mechanisms have been thrown by menopause or perimenopause symptoms and it all feels too much.

An upheaval in your life, such as job loss, change or challenge at work, has left you feeling low or stuck.

You’ve experienced a loss that is gut-wrenching or confusing. It might be bereavement or end of a relationship.

You don’t have to deal with it alone.

Counselling can offer a space that is entirely about and for you. Time to let go, lean back, and breathe out.

I offer you a place to take off the mask, and leave expectations at the door.

Space to cry, shout, swear, and feel whatever you’re feeling.

Based 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross Station, I offer 50-minute weekly sessions in a comfortable and confidential room on the ground floor. Accessible by rail, tube, bus, and taxi.

  • A cozy living room scene with an orange sofa adorned with round purple and green pillows, along with a fluffy white one. On the sofa, there is a closed laptop with a Microsoft logo. A small shelf in the background holds records, and part of a patterned rug is visible on the wooden floor.
