Helping you navigate through cancer, pain conditions, and other illness. Whether they are affecting you, a loved one, or as a couple/ family.

Chronic, terminal, or temporary illness can bring a number of challenges that counselling can support you through, including:

  • Coping with diagnosis and telling loved ones

  • Dealing with treatment, side effects, and changes to your body

  • Worrying when treatment ends

  • Managing stress and anxiety with follow up appointments and scans

  • Feeling mistrust or loathing towards your body

  • Feeling like a burden or worrying about how loved ones are coping

  • Sharing fears about death or dying

  • Dealing with ongoing health anxiety

Counselling can help by giving you time and space to process what’s happened to you. You can share how you feel and receive warmth and understanding. You can air your greatest worries and fears, things you might not feel comfortable saying to loved ones.

I offer cancer and illness counselling for patients and carers in person in Soho, Kings Cross London, online, and on the phone.
