Helping you navigate through cancer, pain conditions, and other illness. Whether they are affecting you, a loved one, or as a couple/ family.

Chronic, terminal, or temporary illness can bring a number of challenges that counselling can support you through, including:

  • Coping with diagnosis and telling loved ones

  • Dealing with treatment, side effects, and changes to your body

  • Worrying when treatment ends

  • Managing stress and anxiety with follow up appointments and scans

  • Feeling mistrust or loathing towards your body

  • Feeling like a burden or worrying about how loved ones are coping

  • Sharing fears about death or dying

  • Dealing with ongoing health anxiety

I have experience working with patients and carers dealing with cancer and other illness. I am also currently a volunteer Counsellor with The Brain Tumour Charity and previously worked as a volunteer Counsellor at The Mulberry Centre, a cancer charity in West London. I offer counselling in person in Kings Cross London, online via Zoom, or over the phone.

“Working with Emma has genuinely helped me stay grounded through some incredibly tough times – including navigating job loss and caring for a sick mother.”
