Helping you navigate the symptoms and changes that come with menopause and perimenopause.

Menopause and perimenopause can bring a vast range of physical and mental symptoms, which often collide with other life upheavals, such as caring for parents. I can offer a space to share your frustrations and find ways to regain control and confidence.

  • Coping with anxiety caused by menopause/ perimenopause

  • Dealing with sleep problems

  • Navigating brain fog and feelings you are losing your edge

  • Regaining self-confidence and belief

  • Dealing with loved ones

Counselling can help to process what is happening and how you feel about it, leading to self-acceptance and appreciation. It can also help to explore coping mechanisms.

I offer counselling in person in London Soho, Kings Cross, online and on the phone.

“Working with Emma has genuinely helped me stay grounded through some incredibly tough times – including navigating job loss and caring for a sick mother. She supported me through an ADHD diagnosis and helped build my self-confidence in a way that felt natural and empowering. She's easy to talk to and always makes me feel safe and understood”
